Karina Tronkos is a Computer Science student, works as a UX Designer at Globo and won the Apple Scholarship for four years in a row. Enthusiastic and passionate about the world of tech and design, she created @nina_talks to share her journey and everything that excites and inspires her in this universe.

Master in computing and industrial automation by University of Campinas School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. For the past 7 years, he led the Itaú digital transformation movement, reorganizing all technology teams in agile delivery communities. In parallel with his executive career, he was an advisor to technology startups and develops autonomous drones with applications in agribusiness, property and border security. He is currently the Director of Business Transformation at Inmetrics, board member of KonkerLabs, and visiting professor at Fundação Dom Cabral.

Scott Ambler
Scott Amber is Vice President and Chief Scientist for Disciplined Agile at the Project Management Institute. He leads the evolution of the Disciplined Agile (DA) toolkit and is an international speaker. In addition, he is one of the creators of the Disciplined Agile (DA) toolkit, as well as the Agile Modeling (AM) and Agile Data (AD) methodologies. He published several books, including "Choose Your WoW!", "An Executive’s Guide to the Disciplined Agile Framework", "Refactoring Databases", "Agile Modeling", "Agile Database Techniques" and "The Object Primer 3rd Edition." Scott also maintains a blog at ProjectManagement.com.

Igor Freitas has a degree in Computer Science from UFU-MG, a post-graduate degree in Systems Analysis from FASP-SP and an MBA in Project Management from FGV-SP. He has been Director of Technology and Innovation at Livelo since September 2019. At the company, he is responsible for innovation strategies, information and data management, data evolution, fraud prevention, LGPD, among others. The executive has worked for companies such as Itaú Unibanco and Borland Latin America / Micro Focus. He worked mainly in conducting strategic fronts in digital transformation, corporate architecture, innovation, systems development, infrastructure, among others.

Edson Portilho is an IT Specialist at Itaú Unibanco and supports the institution's Agile and Digital Transformation. With 30 years of experience in the Technology area, the professional has been working since 2001 with mentoring and training of digital product teams and their leaders. Portilho focuses on problem solving through an iterative Lean-Agile approach, based on established methods such as Product Discovery, Iterative Development, OKRs, Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Disciplined Agile and SAFe), Agile Modeling and DevOps.

Economist and founding partner of Innovation Experience, Damian Katz has over 10 years of experience developing professional training programs in Israel. Innovation Experience is the innovation and business development program that develops immersions in the Israeli ecosystem, being a world leader in innovation. In the past 5 years, more than 2,500 participants from all over Latin America have tried the program.

João Bezerra Leite is an Electronic Engineer, graduated from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, with specializations from Columbia Business School, FGV, Insper and Singularity University. He has over 30 years of experience in Technology, Payments and Banking, having held several executive positions at Banco Itaú. He is currently an Independent Advisor, investor and mentor for startups.

Patricia Batagello is director of the Digital Platform area at Inmetrics and founder of TheFemTech community. She has 12 years of experience in Information Technology, focusing on areas such as Cloud, DevOps and Technology Processes. Passionate about people and the tech universe, she believes in the power of transformation through diversity and inclusion.

Henri Fontana is a Technical Program Manager on the Google Accessibility Engineering team in Mountain View, California. He is a computer engineer graduated from the University of Campinas (Unicamp) and has an MBA in IT from the Fundação Instituto de Administração de São Paulo (FIA). He has over 20 years of experience in the software and technology industry, in various roles, from development to program management.

Founder of Espiral Interativa, an agency specialized in cause communication and digital accessibility. Creator of the Web for All Movement, an initiative that brings together dozens of organizations in favor of building an inclusive web. Graduated in Social Communication, specializing in Management of Third Sector Organizations, she was a member of the boards of Abradi and Insper / Enactus, and is a member of the Working Group on accessibility on the web of W3C Brazil. In 2016, was elected a 10,000 Women Goldman Sachs and, in 2018, selected as an international case of the program.

André Palma is Technology Superintendent at Itaú Unibanco. For 18 years in the organization, he is responsible for the Mainframe platform and products, IT operations, production planning, in addition to the adoption of new technologies and digital transformation initiatives, infrastructure automation and AIOPs. He worked as superintendent in the areas of Infrastructure and Network Support (2018-2019), Wholesale Systems Development and Outsourcing (2016-2018), Distributed Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions (2015-2018), Infrastructure Architecture (2012-2015) and Technology Governance (2010-2012). Graduated in Information Systems, with specialization in Project Management by FGV and Executive MBA at Insper.

Erick Herdy is Head of Cyber Security at Inmetrics and has over 25 years of experience in the market, having worked on global projects for multinational companies. He has a degree in Information Science, an MBA in Project Management from FGV, in addition to being a member of the Brazilian Coaching Society (SBCoaching). He is the creator and CEO of Information Technology and Training and Consulting companies. He also works as a professor of MBA programs at FGV and other graduate courses in Brazil.



Head of Cyber Security Operations at Banco Safra, Paula Rodrigues has been working in the Information Security area for over 15 years, having worked for companies such as Embratel and Itaú. Graduated in Information Technology, she has the CIAC Incident Handling certification. She is also a guest mentor for Cyber Security Girls and has experience in Cyber Security operating environments, focusing on topics such as monitoring, handling and incident prevention.

Jaques Haber has been a social entrepreneur for over 20 years. Ahead of iigual, a consulting firm in which he acts as a founder alongside Andrea Schwarz, he has already helped around 20 thousand people with disabilities to enter the formal job market. In addition to iigual, Jaques is a partner at EqualWeb, a technology company that uses artificial intelligence to enable digital accessibility of websites, allowing the digital inclusion of millions of people.

COO and Digital Products Strategist at KonkerLabs, he has been in senior management and technical leadership positions for over 15 years. He built his career in IT consulting and in the Financial Industry, as a programmer, architect and, later, as head of Architecture, Cyber Security, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and as head of Innovation. Conducted Digital Transformation projects at institutions such as Banco Votorantim, Bradesco, Itaú and Vale. He holds a degree in Information Systems and a postgraduate degree in Economics and Business Management at FGV.

Specialist in Lean-Agile for organizations and in Innovation and Problem Solving, Juan Carlos Gomez is Senior Agile Leader at Inmetrics. With over 35 years of IT experience and expertise in the areas of Aviation, Commerce, Construction and Incorporation, Gomez today works with the transition of the business and IT teams to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). At Inmetrics, he is responsible for all international projects, M&A and Digital Transformation programs. Among its certifications are ITIL, CobIT, Scrum Master, Lean IT, PO / PM, SAFe SA 4.5 and SAFe SPC 5.0.


Design Manager at KonkerLabs, Aloysio de Souza works in the labor market as a designer since 2001, leading teams in the development of offers and products in the most diverse disciplines: Branding, Motion, Illustration, Advertising and Digital. Currently focuses on the development of digital products and the facilitation of Design as a solution tool for complex problems.

Agile Coach and Trainer at Inmetrics, Monica Fonseca acts as a leader in Digital Transformation journeys, facilitating Agile training sessions. She has over 20 years of professional experience in IT projects, having held positions as Project Manager, Program Manager and PMO, in systems development projects, infrastructure, server migration, data migration and scenario assessment. Monica has worked in the Financial, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunications and Health sectors - in Brazil and abroad. She has SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum Master PSMI and PMP certifications.

Recognized as a leading authority on Lean-Agile best practices, Dean Leffingwell is an entrepreneur and software development methodologist, known for creating SAFe®, a widely used framework for business agility in the world. His books “Agile Software Requirements”, “Scaling Software Agility” and “SAFe® Distilled” are among best-sellers and form a good part of the basis of modern thinking about Lean-Agile practices and principles. Founder of several successful startups, including Requisite, Inc. (acquired by Rational), Leffingwell also served as Chief Methodologist at Rally Software and, prior to that, Senior Vice President at Rational Software (now part of IBM). Leffingwell currently serves as Chief Methodologist at Scaled Agile, Inc., which he co-founded in 2011.

Lois Neubauer is the leader of Abilityforce Brasil and Senior Success Manager at Salesforce. Lois has worked to guarantee the rights of people with disabilities for over 20 years, having contributed to several organizations in the third sector. Among his works, he integrated the Brazilian Delegation in the process of developing and monitoring the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the UN.
